I'll Pump You Up

Walk into any gym these days and you’ll find plenty of athletes that swear by pre-workouts. In fact, pre-workout supplements are basically a necessity for lifters who train after work. Stressful days can drain you physically and mentally, so a bit of pre-workout might be just what you need to turn a good lifting day into a great one!

White Flood claims to have great nutrient delivery and solid muscle building pumps all in a delicious carb and sugar free formula. Is it all too good to be true? Or is White Flood the hidden gem of pre-workouts?

Taste and Mixability:

White Flood comes in a few different flavors: Juicy Watermelon, Fruit Punch, Pineapple, and Lemonade. For our White Flood review, we tried all four flavors. While our favorites were definitely Watermelon and Fruit Punch, all four flavors were pretty tasty and you’ll be fine no matter which flavor you pick. Mixability is great too, whether you use a blender ball or standard water bottle.

When it comes to price per serving, White Flood definitely holds its own. While many high quality pre-workout supplements cost $1.50/£1.50+ per serving, White Flood is priced right around $1 per serving. With such a low price tag, White Flood should easily last you more than a month.

If you’re looking for cheaper pre-workouts, check out our other reviews. Of course, money isn’t the only thing that matters when you pick a pre-workout. After all, what’s the point of a cheap supplement if it doesn’t work?

The best price we found for a 215g tub (30 servings) was $24.95 at Amazon.com.

White Flood contains some great muscle building, strength, and nutrient delivery ingredients such as L-Carnitine, Citrulline, Beta Alanine and even a Caffeine Matrix.

One of the details that we noticed while conducting our White Flood review was how ridiculous our muscle pumps were. The increases in energy and mental focus were pretty average (if we’re being honest), but the pumps were definitely noticeable. White Flood is not a revolutionary pre-workout when it comes to effectiveness, but it certainly gets the job done.

Side Effects:

White Flood has a few side effects. From some tingling of the skin due to the Beta Alanine, to slight stomach discomfort due to the large amounts of caffeine, White Flood can definitely disagree with your body occasionally. But remember: if you start to suffer from any negative side effects, stop immediately and consult your physician.

For For

  • High quality ingredient profile
  • Stimulant and carb free
  • Drug free formula – no banned ingredients
  • Solid price
  • Great pumps

Against Against

  • Potential tingling of the skin (nothing to worry about)
  • No Creatine
  • Not as potent as other leading pre-workout supplements

White Flood – Our Verdict:

White Flood is not a bad pre-workout, that’s for sure. A quality ingredient profile and a low price make this pre-workout a great option for a first time lifter. That being said, users who tend to use the strong stimulant based pre-workouts may find White Flood to be a bit underwhelming. Plus, there’s a noticeable lack of Creatine, which is a huge deal for most people. Now, if you’re new to the pre-workout industry, this supplement could be a great fit for you. Our suggestion? Get your hands on a bottle and see for yourself!
