We want to share one of the easiest and most delicious recipes we have – protein pancakes! Protein Pancakes can be enjoyed at anytime of the day – but are ideal for breakfast to start your day off right. Let’s dive into the ingredients and recipe directions.

High Protein Pancakes

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes (10 mins to cook each pancake)
Servings: 3-4 Medium sized cookies

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Almond Flour
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
2/3 Cup Skim Milk
2 Whole Eggs
Dash of Baking Soda
1 tbsp Stevia

Directions:

You will place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 10 seconds on the lowest power setting. This should mix the batter really well. Now all you have to do is warm a skillet and make sure to coat it with some cooking spray. Pour the protein pancake mix onto the skillet and cook on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until they form a solid texture. Feel free to make them any size you want and add fruit like blueberries. This recipe should make about 3-4 medium sized pancakes
