Who doesn’t love the idea of a high protein dessert? Satisfying your sweet tooth and building muscle sounds like a dream come true! In this article we’re going to share one of our favorite protein cookie recipes. These are so easy to make and require absolutely no baking!
The best part is that these protein cookies are nice and healthy and contain ingredients such as chia powder, flaxseed powder, and good old-fashioned oats! You also have the potential to change the flavor really easily by incorporating different flavored protein powders.

 

Chocolate Protein Cookies

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes (10 minutes Prep and 1 Hour in the Fridge)
Servings: 10 Medium sized cookies

 

Ingredients:

3 T Chia powder
2 T Flaxseed powder
1 Cup old fashioned oats
2 T Dark cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp Stevia
2/3 Cup almond butter or peanut butter
2/3 Cup mini dark chocolate chips

 

Directions:

In a large bowl you should combine the chi and flax powders, oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon and stevia. Mix Thoroughly. Next you should microwave the nut butter for 20 seconds. Mix this into the bowl and add your vanilla extract and maple syrup. Last but not least add your chocolate chips into the bowl. Next you should roll about 1 Tbsp of dough onto a cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies with the back of a spoon and set them in the fridge for about an hour. Let them harden and enjoy!
