High Protein Brownies

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes (10 minutes Prep and 10 minutes in the oven)
Servings: 6-8 Medium sized brownies

Ingredients:

½ Cup almond flour
1 Whole egg
2 tbsp Unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/3 Cup no added sugar almond milk
1 large Scoop chocolate protein powder  (check out some of our favorite protein powders)
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Stevia
½ tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all of the measured ingredients and stir until you have a nice and smooth consistency.

Get a standard brownie pan or cookie sheet with ridges and spray the bottom with fat free cooking spray or the cooking oil of your choice.

Spread the batter over the pan evenly and once the oven is pre heated you can put the mix into the oven.

The mix should cook in about 8-10 minutes. If you like the edges more crispy I recommend 10-12 minutes.

Let them cool for 5 minutes, and then enjoy these high protein brownies immediately!
