The sign of a great testosterone booster is when it starts making a difference to the way you are working out. Do you start lifting more weights? Does your rep-count increase? Do you notice a significant change in your muscle growth and development rate? If you have included a testosterone supplement as a part of your diet, chances are you might have noticed all those things and more.

However, the thing about testosterone boosters is that it is quite easy to promise anything and everything when you know that people aren’t likely to test for testosterone levels as such. So we decided to bring in the PharmaFreak Test Freak for a review to see if it really carries the merits it claims to have.

Ease of Use:

So, the PharmaFreak Test Freak comes in a capsule format and all you need to do is take about four capsules a day, every single day, before you go to bed. PharmaFreak recommends that you have at least eight ounces of water with it but you need to make sure you are on an empty stomach when you take them. You should not, however, exceed the daily four-capsule recommended dosage.

If you’re someone who eats right before bed-time, you might want to move your meal time ahead. Basically, the objective is to put off the PharmaFreak Test Freak-popping for as long as possible, after your meal, and before bedtime. PharmaFreak also recommends taking the PharmaFreak Test Freak for about an 8-week cycle, followed up with a 2-week off period to give your body a break.

Value:

Since the recommended dosage is four-capsules a day, the 120-capsule bottle comes with enough pills to keep you running for a month. So, would you be willing to spend about $54.99 every month on a testosterone stimulant? That’s about $1.73 per day for something that is relatively mild compared to most other products out there today. It seems quite high for a testosterone booster so no matter how effective it might be for someone, that price could put a stop sign in front of the checkout counter. Also, it makes a great case for other amazing testosterone boosters like Animal Stak, which offer a lot more punch for a lower cost.

The best price we found for a 120 caps was $47.90 at Amazon.com$47.90 at Amazon.com.

Effectiveness:

If you were to check out what some of the people using this product have had to say, you’ll notice that the results are quite mixed. Some people have found it to be extremely effective while others have found it to be a complete dud. People with regular testosterone levels have found that it has no effect while others with high levels have seen even more gains.

The one thing that was commonly noticed amongst users of PharmaFreak Test Freak was the sleep-benefits that came along with it. A large majority of users have found that it works better in inducing better sleep cycles than a traditional testosterone boosting supplement. There were mild to medium strength enhancements and visible muscle growth but none of them were as effective or prevalent, amongst multiple users, as the sleep benefits. Some users also experience heightened sexual drive but again, it isn’t common across the board.

Side Effects:

During our review of the PharmaFreak Test Freak, no side effects were experienced and most of the users of this supplement also concurred with our evaluation. Some users who even went to the extent of going through a blood test found that the supplement barely had any influence on the testosterone levels. The PharmaFreak Test Freak is a relatively mild testosterone booster and that could be the reason why it has little or no side effects.

Once again, reaction to the supplement is subjective and every individual has a different reaction based on their sensitivity levels. Fewer, milder and more natural ingredients will mean that you will probably face fewer side effects from this supplement.

For For

  • Interesting natural products like stinging nettle to help boost free test levels
  • A stimulant that helps to produce testosterone naturally

Against Against

  • Effects are hit and miss
  • High cost for a relatively mild product
  • Better test boosters available and for a cheaper price

PharmaFreak Test Freak – Our Verdict:

If you’re not averse to popping four pills right before you hit the sack, you could try the PharmaFreak Test Freak. It is a testosterone booster for the average individual and with a good diet and healthy exercise schedule, it will show some results. The results aren’t fantastic on the strength and power department but it is a brilliant sleep-aid and helps improve your sleep cycles, even if you sleep for just three or four hours.

If you are thinking about trying out a testosterone booster, the PharmaFreak Test Freak could be a great way for you to gently enter this section of bodybuilding supplements. For more serious bodybuilders, the sleep benefits are great but if you are looking for a strength boost and muscle size, there are a lot better supplements out there that are cheaper and more effective than PharmaFreak Test Freak.
