Value and quality have always had a complicated relationship. No industry does a better job of showcasing this than the fitness industry. These days, a cheap supplement is considered unreliable, an inferior product when compared to the more expensive brands.

NOW aims to change that mentality. With ADAM Multivitamin, NOW is challenging the elite, established supplement companies by offering the one thing everyone respects: value.

Ease of Use:

Let’s face it: most people don’t want to have to take multiple pills, several times a day. The more you have to take a pill, the more likely you are to forget to take it.

That’s why NOW impressed us with its simplicity. Taking 2 pills daily with food is enough to get everything you need. That’s right; just 2 pills once a day. For a ‘value’ supplement, NOW definitely delivers in this department.

Value:

Of course, this is the part of the NOW ADAM Multivitamin review that didn’t really surprise us. Frankly, we knew that we were expecting to get an amazing value with this supplement and we weren’t disappointed. At about $0.35 per serving, ADAM Multivitamin is easily one of the most inexpensive multivitamins we’ve reviewed. This supplement works for just about any budget, making it one of the most accessible multivitamins you can get your hands on.

The best price we found for 120 tablets (60 servings) was $19.99 at Bodybuilding.com.

Effectiveness:

Naturally, the biggest fear we had during our NOW ADAM Multivitamin review was that this supplement wouldn’t be as high quality as its competitors (like Opti-Men). In fact, after we realized how cheap ADAM Multivitamin was, we worried even more. How could such an inexpensive supplement compete with products that cost twice as much? Paying less for a bottle is pointless if ADAM Multivitamin can’t hold its own.

Thankfully, there’s nothing to fear. ADAM Multivitamin has a respectable, thorough ingredient list that could put some established supplement companies to shame! Tons of Vitamins (A, C, D-3, K, E, B-6, B-12) that support everything from growth and repair to maintaining normal nerve function. Besides the basics, ADAM Multivitamin has plenty of minerals (zinc as an anti-inflammatory, selenium for immune system support, etc.) and other ingredients that make this supplement worth your hard-earned money.

As if that wasn’t enough, ADAM Multivitamin impressed us with its transparency. Not a single proprietary blend in the entire ingredient list. The respect and consideration that NOW has shown its customers by clearly listing each ingredient is something the fitness industry should be celebrating! As regular consumers of supplements, we need to reward the companies that respect us enough to be honest.

ADAM Multivitamin works as well (if not better) than just about any name brand multivitamin you can find. Depending on what your diet looks like, this multivitamin could have a variety of different effects (some of which you may not even notice). Frankly, if you feel like there might be holes in your diet, you should consider giving this supplement a shot.

Side Effects:

Nothing too shocking here, folks. You may find your urine turns bright yellow due to the excess riboflavin (B2) but this is common with strong multivitamins and is nothing to worry about. If at any point you feel ill or nauseous, stop taking immediately and consult your doctor.

NOW ADAM Multivitamin – Our Verdict:

If there’s one issue that the average consumer has, it’s cutting through the noise of advertisements and figuring out what is really worth their time. For years, people believed that a higher price meant a better product. Nowadays, people are starting to question these companies and their prices, exploring new options and figuring out ways to save money. If you’re already in love with an established supplement company, this multivitamin might not impress you. That being said, if you’re just interested in trying the product, ADAM Multivitamin proves that (under the right circumstances) value brands can go toe-to-toe with just about any elite supplement company on the market.
